American Languages Services remains the best language services provider – Three challenging missions in February

This February we received three phone calls from key clients, looking for outstanding interpretation services for their important events. We would like to write a few lines about our success stories, so that our future customers can see the variety and specialization of our work.

1/ Louisiana State University needs interpreters for the EOD training course:

Founded in 1853, Louisiana State University remains one of the most prestigious Universities in the world (ranked 135th according to Baton Rouge). With more than 200 degrees and more than 30,000 enrollments every year, the University continuously looks for ways of upgrading the quality of its teaching programs. As part of one of their programs, the University aims to provide Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) training to students. They invited specialists in this field to deliver the courses. Unfortunately, not all specialists speak English. To assist the University with their mission, American Languages Services provided them with Arabic and Spanish interpreters. The training lasted for 2 weeks and ended up with high praise from the University’s Professor:

2/ Too-Faced wants their cosmetic packaging translated

The beauty specialist has become hotter than ever. With an ambition to become the leader in the beauty industry, to make every women confident in their appearance and create their own unique version of pretty, Too-faced is aggressively looking for ways to market their high quality products to a variety of customers. To give Too-faced a hand on the way to fulfill this mission, American Language Services provided translation services, to help them translate important information on product packaging into French, Spanish and Italian. Our excellent services have given Too-Faced an open door to international markets and customers. Together, we have conquered many challenges for over the decade and we will continue partnering together in the future projects.

3/ NBC Universal Studios requires specialized equipment for their recreational project

As one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Los Angeles, Universal Studios welcomes more than 7 million visitors from all over the world every year. In 2017, they renovated new recreational space intent on creating a more amazing, thrilling, surprising theme park. With the intention to upgrade their services and close the gaps between the company and its international customers, Universal Studios contacted American Language Services with a need to rent headsets and transmitters to assist their interpreters in delivering tour instructions to their customers.
